TailorOwl is built on one promise: it never invents a claim about you. Everything on a tailored resume is reworded, reordered, or emphasized from facts you imported and confirmed yourself. That principle shapes how we handle your data too.

Your data is yours

Your career profile - roles, projects, education, skills, and contact details - belongs to you. We store it only to build and tailor your resumes and to show you your own history. You can edit any part of it under Career profile, and deleting your account permanently removes your profile and every tailored resume.

What we use it for

We use your profile and the job descriptions you paste to generate tailored resumes, coverage analysis, and cover letters. Job descriptions are sent to our AI provider to perform that matching. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train public models.

What we never do

We never fabricate experience, invent metrics, or add claims you did not confirm. Coverage and application-strength scores are transparent heuristics - never a prediction of whether you will get an interview.
